Refund Policy.
The right of return is valid within 14 days after delivery of the goods.
The goods must not be damaged.
The goods must be packed in the original packaging.
(1) The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract on the basis of the provisions of Section 53/7 of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., as amended, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason, under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions. It is advisable to inform the seller about the request for return. In case of exchange of goods from us also inform, preferably by e-mail. The cost of exchange and return of the goods (postage) will be borne by the buyer.

2. the goods must be sent in the original packaging, properly packed - preferably in an additional hard packaging as you received it. Please send the goods WITHOUT SHIPPING, with a proof of purchase in our store (copy of the invoice). We recommend that you insure the shipment.
3. the goods must not be damaged, dirty or used. It must be complete, including all labels. The goods must not have been used in any way.
4. if all the above conditions are met, we will send a free transfer to your account. In case of transferring the amount, we are obliged to deduct the postage costs from the purchase price of the goods. The amount to be refunded is due within 30 days after the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. If the conditions stated in these terms are not met, we will not accept the withdrawal from the purchase contract and will return the goods at your expense.
