How to buy.
1) General conditions
By placing a binding order, the Buyer confirms that he/she accepts the terms and conditions for the delivery of goods announced by the Seller. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by these General Terms and Conditions, which are also binding for both parties.
2) Ordering goods and services
We offer you the opportunity to shop directly from home, where you can shop around the clock. You can easily and conveniently order from us via the shopping cart, by phone, e-mail or in writing. The subject of the contract is only the goods specified in the contract of sale - order. The dimensions, weights, performance, capacity and other data stated on our website, in catalogs, brochures and other printed materials are not binding and are based on manufacturer's specifications; in case of deviations we will of course contact you. We undertake to supply our customers only with goods in perfect condition and in accordance with the specifications or properties customary for the type of goods, which comply with the standards, rules and regulations in force in the Czech Republic, and are properly equipped with Czech operating instructions, warranty certificates and lists of customer service points, if this is customary for the type of goods. A prerequisite for the validity of our electronic order is the completion of all required data and information specified in the order form. The order form is also a proposal for a purchase contract, whereas the purchase contract itself is concluded only by delivery of the goods. For the conclusion of the purchase contract, a formal confirmation of the order by the Seller is required. In individual cases, especially in the case of more expensive products, the Seller reserves the right to conclude a contract through a personal or telephone order confirmation and the payment of a deposit by the Buyer. In the event of a significant change in the exchange rate or a change in the price or assortment of the goods supplied by the Seller during the period in which the goods were ordered, our company has the right to change the order in agreement with the Buyer or to unilaterally withdraw from it with immediate effect. We reserve the same right in the event that the manufacturer discontinues the delivery of the ordered product or introduces a new version of the product to the market or significantly changes the price of the product.
3) Order confirmation
The order will be received within 24 hours, the order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail, you will also be informed about the shipment by e-mail. If you are unsure, we will of course contact you.
4) Order cancellation
You can cancel any order within 24
